Welcome to Rapid River Rewards! This program is our way of celebrating you—our valued guests—and thanking you for your continued support. We’re excited to reward you for every visit, so here’s how it works and the rules that keep it fair:

 

Joining the Program
Sign up today and get 25 points just for joining! It’s our welcome gift to you. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

 

Earning Points

Earn 1 point for every visit you make—we appreciate every time you stop by!

 

Double Points on Lunch: Get 2 points per visit Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM (local time). Your lunchtime loyalty deserves extra thanks!

Points are added to your account after your visit, recognizing your support.

 

Rewards

Birthday Bonus: Enjoy a $10 reward during your birthday month! Add your birthdate to your profile at least 30 days in advance, and we’ll celebrate you once a year.

 

Big Reward: Reach 250 points, and get $20 off your next visit. It’s our way of saying thanks for sticking with us! Redeem it in-store or online—your choice.

 

Stay Connected: By joining, we may contact you with exclusive rewards, deals, and specials tailored just for you—an extra perk for being a member!

What Doesn’t Earn Points

Large party bookings (8+ people) and reservations don’t earn points—we’re focused on rewarding your regular visits.

Gift cards, taxes, tips, or non-menu items don’t count toward points, keeping it about your dining experience.

Discounted or promotional items won’t earn points unless we say otherwise.

Using Your Rewards

Rewards are our gift to you and can’t be combined with other offers unless we allow it.

They have no cash value—just our appreciation! No exchanging or applying to past visits.

Birthday rewards expire at the end of your birthday month; $20-off rewards expire 60 days after issuance—use them while they’re active!

 

Points Have No Value
Points are for program fun and rewards only—they have no monetary or real-world value. You can’t sell, trade, or cash them out.

 

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your participation at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion—to keep things running smoothly.

We can modify, suspend, or end Rapid River Rewards (or any part of it) whenever needed, with or without notice. If the program ends, unredeemed points or rewards may expire—keep an eye out!

 

Account Details

Keep your account info current and accurate. If we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse, we may freeze or close your account and void your points.

We’re not responsible for lost points or rewards due to technical issues, but we’ll try to assist if something goes wrong.
